Welcome to the website of Grayshott & District Housing Association, a local community charity formed in 1935. Over the years Grayshott & District Housing Association (G&DHA) has acquired and built forty properties within the village. These homes are allocated to people and families who have a strong local connection, are already living here in unsuitable accommodation or working within the Grayshott area.

As the rents are significantly discounted from the local market rents, they are allocated to people with low incomes. There is a strict Allocations Policy.
